Sketches, Extrudes, & Dimensions - Intro to 3D Modeling & its Applications @ Capitol Hill Tool Library

Explore the free computer-aided design (CAD) program Onshape through a series of lessons and challenges in topics ranging from modeling to 3D printing.

This intro class covers the fundamental tools for success in CAD: sketches, extrudes and dimensions. You’ll learn how to approach 3D modeling challenges and apply the tools in this class to completely model something yourself!

Bringing your own computer is recommended, if possible, because there will be time for hands-on practice. If not, you’re still welcome to attend and learn.
